 Mauro's Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. recommends a maintenance be performed on all systems at least twice a year.

1. Once in the Spring before the heat of summer when your system works double.
2. Once in the Fall just as the colder weather begins creeping in.

Our Preventative Maintenance is a full inspection of the equipment and consists of a 13-point checklist that includes the following:

• Run and Test the system for Cooling and Heating
• Clean Condenser Coils
• Inspect Evaporator Coils
• Clean out Condensate Drains
• Inspect all Wiring and Connections
• Check Capacitors
• Inspect Drain Pan
• Check Amp Draw to Compressor and Condenser
• Inspect and Tighten all Electrical Connections
• Check Refrigerant Levels
• Lubricate all Motor Bearings as Needed
• Inspect and Replace Belts as Needed
• Clean or Change Filters
