Financing Options
For Trane Customers:
We know that HVAC repairs and improvements can be costly and many times unexpected. With that in mind Mauro’s Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. has teamed up with several companies to offer a wide variety of financing options to meet your needs.
We are also a certified HVAC contractor for the PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) Program, and have teamed up with both AllianceNRG and Ygrene for this program to work with our customers who care about energy efficiency, renewable energy, and everything co-friendly. The PACE program is not traditional Credit Scored lending, it is based on your home equity and is added to your annual property tax assessment. It is NOT available in all locations.
Criteria to qualify for PACE:
- At least 10% equity on home.
- Can't be in active bankruptcy.
- Have paid property taxes on time for last 3 years.
- Current on mortgage.
We have also teamed up with Microf which is financing based on your income and income criteria. Microf is willing to help your monthly payments go significantly down for your heating/cooling needs.
