Here is what we can tell you before we ever see your system.
$79 repair diagnostic. A technician comes out, finds what is wrong, and gives you the repair price in writing before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe the $79 and nothing else.
Free estimates on new systems, and $500 off. Replacement pricing depends on your home, the size of system the house actually needs, and the equipment you choose, so we don’t quote it over the phone. The estimate is free, in person, with the options and prices written down so you can compare them side by side. When you go ahead with a new system, you get $500 off.

I recently purchased a condo in which the AC was 18 years old. I researched and found that Mauro’s had replaced a number of units there. I called them and spoke directly with Mauro, the owner. He was very pleasant, and spoke with me for quite some time without pressuring me in any way. The price he quoted me was very competitive. His office staff kept me informed of the installation date, and the crew’s arrival time that day. The crew was prompt and professional. The installation was uneventful, and passed city inspection. I highly recommend.

From the moment they answered the phone until the service tech pulled away, absolute stellar service! Andy was absolutely amazing! He came out and fixed our air conditioning unit quickly and efficiently, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish.
